Servo Motors, Drivers and Controllers

JH Motor offers several types of servo motor solutions; Battery Free Absolute Encoder Servo Motors, Tuning Free Servo Motor products or Hybrid Servo Motor / Stepper Motor products. Both types of solutions provide closed loop control along with many other advantages.
Our Battery Free Absolute Encoder Servo Motors are equipped with a battery-free absolute sensor. They are suitable for positioning applications with a large amount of travel, since they achieve high torque in the high speed range.
Our Tuning Free Servo Motors are traditional servo solutions where the encoder provides feedback to the driver and all motion is controlled through a Position Counter. Use of the limited duty region is available for short periods of time where more torque is required.
Our αSTEP Hybrid Servo Motor / Stepper Motors are closed loop as well and utilize a different motor technology where as they provide maximum torque throughout their entire speed torque range without the concern of operating in the limited duty region.
• 400 W Battery Free Absolute Encoder Servo Motors
• 50 W up to 750 W Tuning Free Servo Motors
• Hybrid Servo Motors available
• Gear and Electromagnetic Brake options

What types of servo motors do you offer?

We offer a variety of servo motors to meet different application needs:

  • Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM): Ideal for high-efficiency and precision applications.
  • AC Servo Motors: Suitable for applications requiring smooth operation and high reliability.
  • DC Servo Motors: Best for applications requiring high starting torque. Each motor type comes in various power ratings, sizes, and performance options, and can be customized to fit your specific requirements.
What is the power range of your servo motors?

Our servo motors range from 0.5kW to 50kW or higher. The exact power rating required depends on your application’s load, speed, and torque specifications. Please provide more details on your operational conditions, and we’ll recommend the best power option for your system.

Can the motor dimensions be customized?

Yes, we can customize the motor dimensions to suit your specific installation requirements. Whether you need different mounting configurations (flange-mounted, shaft-mounted) or custom sizes, we can modify the servo motors to match your machine’s design and installation constraints.

Do the servo motors support specific communication protocols?

Yes, our servo motors are compatible with several common communication protocols, including:

  • EtherCAT
  • Modbus RTU/TCP
  • CANopen
  • RS485/RS232, and more. We can offer the protocol that is compatible with your control system to ensure smooth integration.
Are the motors certified with international safety and quality standards?

Yes, our servo motors meet several international safety and quality certifications, including:

  • CE certification: For compliance with European safety standards.
  • UL certification: For compliance with U.S. safety standards.
  • ISO9001 certification: For quality management systems.
  • RoHS compliance: Restricting the use of hazardous substances. We can also provide other certifications as required, such as specific IP protection ratings (IP65, IP67) to meet environmental needs.
What are the environmental requirements for the servo motors?

Our servo motors are designed to operate in a variety of environments:

  • Temperature Range: Standard operating temperatures are from -10°C to +50°C, with some models available for a wider range, up to -20°C to +70°C.
  • Humidity: Typically, 0-95% non-condensing. Specialized motors are available for more extreme conditions.
  • Protection Rating: Standard models are IP65 rated for dust and water resistance; higher ratings (IP67) are available for more demanding environments. Please provide specific environmental conditions, and we’ll suggest the right motor for your application.
What torque ratings are available for your servo motors?

Our servo motors are available in a wide range of torque ratings, from as low as 1Nm up to several hundred Nm, depending on the model. We can recommend the most suitable motor based on your application’s load and torque requirements. Please share more details about your application to help us make the right selection.

Are your servo motors energy-efficient?

Yes, our servo motors are designed to be highly energy-efficient, especially the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM), which offer efficiencies up to 95%. These motors maintain high efficiency under varying load conditions, making them ideal for applications where energy consumption is a key concern. They are optimized to reduce energy costs over the lifetime of your equipment.

What after-sales support do you offer?

We provide comprehensive after-sales support, including:
